Reservations
Q: What are your dates of operation
A: 2021 May 1 - Oct 17
Q: Can we bring two vehicles?
A: We have space for one vehicle per room. We have very limited parking for oversized vehicles. You will find you have more parking options if you arrive in a smaller vehicle. Trucks and oversized vehicles have very limited parking options. Please call for parking information when renting Family Suites.
Q: What is the deposit I must pay?
A: We require a deposit of one room night plus tax at time of booking for all guest rooms, kitchenettes and landside suites. For our family suites we require 1/3 of the reservation.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations require a 7-day notice.
There are no cancellation fees or refunds.
We will issue you a credit of your deposit for a future stay, providing you cancel 7-days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Less than a 7-day notice, there will be a loss of full deposit.
The only exception to the 7-day notice and to receive a credit of your deposit will be if the Governor of Maine does not allow us to operate or your state is refused entrance to the State of Maine.

Our Inn & Suites
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: During the In-Season, check-in is between 3pm and 9pm with check-out by 10am. During the Off-Season, check-in is between 3pm and 7pm with check-out by 10am.
Q: What is included in your base rate?
A: Room rates are based on two adults and two children (under 12). Any additional guest is $20 per night plus tax.
Q: Do you have any additional fees?
A: Maine State Lodging tax is 9% and we have a Guest Service Fee of $5 per room night.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We love pets but we are sorry, we cannot accommodate them.
Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: Smoking is not allowed in or near any rooms and balconies. We charge a cleaning fee of $250 if there is smoking in the rooms. There is a small designated area for smoking at the end of York Street.
Q: Do you allow bubbles in the jacuzzis?
A: Bubbles are not permitted! There will be a cleaning fee of $250.
Q: Do you have an elevator?
A: We are sorry, we do not have an elevator. Many of our rooms are on the second floor. Please request a room on the ground floor if you have trouble with stairs.
Q: Do you have a pool?
A: Yes, we have an indoor heated salt water pool in the same building as the office. The pool is open from May 24th until October 21st.
Q: Is wi-fi available?
A: We have complimentary wi-fi throughout our property.
Q: Do you have daily housekeeping?
A: There will be no housekeeping service during your stay for the safety of our guests and Abellona team members. We will have a central location available to you from 9-11am for linen exchanges, room amenities and trash drop.
(COVID Precautions: We are following CDC guidelines as well as guidance from the American Hotel & Lodging Association. These current guidelines are constantly changing so we will be changing our practices as needed based on their guidance.)
Q: Do you supply cots?
A: We are sorry, we do not have cots available.
Q: What are the extra fees that are charged for damages or extra cleaning needed for the room?

The Beach
Q: How far from the beach are you?
A: We are directly on the oceanfront in Old Orchard Beach. Enjoy views of the sea and the leisure of being just steps away from dipping your toes in the water!
Q: How far away from The Pier are you?
A: We are a half mile walk from The Pier and downtown Old Orchard Beach.
Q: Are there lifeguards on the beach?
A: Old Orchard Beach has Beach Patrol Guards on duty between 10am and 5:30pm daily between Memorial Day and Labor Day. They work in conjunction with our local fire department.
Q: Where do I find information on tides?

Activities
Q: Do you offer any group activities?
A: We are able to schedule Lobster Bakes & BBQ’s for groups of 12 or more. Please call us with a 2 week notice and we will be happy to set that up for you.
Q: Do you suggest a Dock Side Charter company?
A: Yes! We recommend Captain Dave Rand in Kennebunk. For more information you can visit his website: https://docksidecharterskpt.com/ . Make sure to tell him we sent you over!
Q: What is there to do around town?
A: There is so much to do in Old Orchard Beach! There are fireworks every Thursday night at 9:45pm from late-June to mid-August (special displays on Fourth of July), plenty of shops, restaurants, Palace Playland amusement park and so much more! Transportation
Q: Is there transportation around Old Orchard Beach?
A: The Trolley will take you to Downtown or Pine Point, from a location next to us, from 10am - Midnight from Mid June - Labor Day. Portland Airport is a 20 minute drive. Boston Airport is 1h 30m drive. Amtrak Train stops in OOB, May - Mid October. Local bus service is year-round to Saco, Biddeford, South Portland & Portland.
