Our Two Bedroom Landside Suite ensures dreamlike serenity during your stay, as it’s just a few steps away from Old Orchard Beach and its breathtaking ocean views. You can sit back with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sea breeze in the morning before taking a pleasant stroll on the seven miles of sandy beach. This suite features two queen beds and all the necessary amenities: full kitchen, living room with a futon, and a full bathroom offering both a tub and a shower. It’s like having a home away from home! While our Landside rooms don’t offer an ocean view, you’re still only steps away from enjoying these views at our Oceanside Patio. Plus, you have access to seven miles of beach bliss along Old Orchard Beach—what could be better?

Stay in our Three Bedroom Suite located on the second floor and be just steps away from beautiful Old Orchard Beach! This suite offers three bedrooms with one queen-sized bed in two of the rooms and a third bedroom with one queen and one twin sized bed. The kitchenette will allow for the ultimate home away from home experience. Enjoy your morning coffee as you take in the stunning sea breeze! The suite features a private balcony on the landside and is a perfect place to get a break from the sun.  It is also just steps to our oceanside patio and seven miles of sandy shoreline along Old Orchard Beach. You won’t want to miss this incredible vacation experience!

Our Three Bedroom Family Suite is a duplex and is just steps away from Old Orchard Beach and those stunning ocean views. Start your day off right with a relaxing morning walk along the 7-mile sandy shoreline or stay in and enjoy the sea breeze with that cup of coffee. This two-story suite features three bedrooms each with one queen bed, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, living room, two bathrooms and washer and dryer. We’ve taken extra care to make sure you feel at home here! Our Landside houses do not offer ocean views; however, you’re only steps away from our Oceanside Patio and that pristine beach. Enjoy!

Please note:  This suite is rentable only Saturday to Saturday (In Season), 3 Nights (Off Season) and does not come with daily housekeeping.
