Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require a 7-day notice.
There are no cancellation fees or refunds.
We will issue you a credit of your deposit for a future stay, providing you cancel 7-days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Less than a 7-day notice, there will be a loss of full deposit.
Modification Policy
In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay, with 7 days or less notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
Abellona Housekeeping Procedures
For your peace of mind, Abellona uses CDC approved chemicals to sanitize rooms between guests. Linens, blankets and comforters are all laundered between guests.
Abellona offers full housekeeping services. In order to keep our guests and staff comfortable, we will not enter a room when a guest is present. If you prefer that we do not enter your room during your stay, please have your NO SERVICE sign on your door between the hours of 9am - 3pm. Otherwise, we will assume you would like us to freshen up. Abellona Staff will put an alert on the door while they are in your room. If there are any personal items on the bed, housekeeping will not make the bed.
Housekeeping is unavailable after 3pm. If you have chosen not to have us freshen your room, you are welcome to come to the office. We will do an exchange (only) on any linens and provide you with any other room amenities you would like. Our current office hours will be posted on the door.
